Shyon Keoppel is a self-made entrepreneur, developer, and operator with a diverse portfolio and consistent success rate throughout his endeavors. Shyon founded his first company at 19-years-old and has executed projects in several market segments since. Shyon prides himself on maintaining a hands-on strategy with each project, providing a wealth of versatility and knowledge to everything he does. He is a firm believer in building bridges, never burning them. Keoppel values relationships over business, and partnerships over profits.
Shyon oversees multiple developments and hospitality projects he conceptualized in various segments across the country. But he doesn’t stop at restaurants. Shyon also owns and oversees several businesses, development projects, and a real estate management company for his and his partners’ assets. Still, he makes time to focus on his passion: expanding markets and venture capital investments, while mentoring future entrepreneurs who show promise and commitment in developing their visions.
Tyler Latta is an Oklahoma native with degrees in accounting and finance from Oklahoma State University. After college, Tyler joined The Independents Banker’s Bank in Dallas, Texas. During his time with The Independent Banker’s Bank Tyler traveled extensively, auditing loan portfolios and credit operations at over 40 banks a year throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and California. After 3 years on the road, Tyler returned to Oklahoma to start a career in commercial lending and began investing in real estate. After 4 years in commercial banking, Tyler knew his passion lay in real estate and he chose to pursue that full time. As a partner at Millennial Capital Group, Tyler is able to help his clients realize their goals of homeownership and support the growth of small local businessowners. Tyler maintains those strong ties to the banking industry and provides Millennial Capital Group with insider banking experience.
Brent Irish is a real estate developer and entrepreneur who analyzes, selects, acquires, and manages value add real estate projects for himself and several investors. The scope of the projects ranges from minor renovations and leasing to raw land development. He earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and then spent one year as a design engineer before joining the U.S. Air Force and serving 7 years as an AWACS pilot. After leaving the military Brent opened and operated several health clubs as an Anytime Fitness franchisee while transitioning to his current career in real estate. His career in real estate has included buying, selling, improving, and developing all kinds of real estate, including industrial, retail, office, and residential. Ground up development projects include a storage facility, multiple retail centers and residential multifamily. He currently owns and operates a property management company and continues to develop multifamily property as well as improve the industrial, retail, and office buildings that he owns. Brent is also a partner in a successful e-cigarette company, a highly profitable restaurant, and is a partner in Millennial Capital Group
